Client: Buyukcekmece Municipality
The project consists of two blocks as A and B, and steel was built with a reinforced concrete carcass system as the building system. It was designed with the smart building concept and has a capacity of 235 beds. It includes an operating room, delivery room and 62 polyclinics. The project design approach was created to design a project that embraces the incoming patients and the city on the other. The entrance of the building is kept very high, allowing the light to take in a larger area. It is planned to provide clean airflow in the space with gallery spaces.
In the project area of the project located on the E5 Highway in Buyukcekmece district of Istanbul, there was a fountain, a registered historical monument of Mimar Sinan. Because of this historical fountain, the project was named "Mimar Sinan State Hospital". The fountain was documented in detail at the beginning of the design process as an important historical monument. The historical texture of the fountain, which is aimed to be preserved as an original part of the project, has been preserved, and all its original parts have been moved into the project area with a special method.
The project, which is located on a route where public transportation and vehicle use are very intense, has a large Emergency Service section due to the heavy traffic accidents. Mimar Sinan State Hospital is a healthcare facility with a capacity of 300 beds, 12 operating rooms and 67 polyclinics.
